  1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All materials, software, documentation, visual assets, and content made available by ASPIS Cyber Technologies Inc. (“ASPIS Cyber”, “we”, or “our”) through our applications, websites, APIs, and administrative tools are owned by or licensed to ASPIS Cyber and are protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, and other applicable intellectual property rights.

Protected content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Application source code and binaries (mobile, web, desktop)
  • User interface (UI/UX) elements, design layouts, and workflows
  • Graphics, icons, and branding (e.g., logos, app logos, mobile icon)
  • Documentation, technical guides, help and support materials
  • Encrypted communication protocols and libraries
  • Analytics dashboards, APIs, and configuration structures
  • In-app URLs used to access security, backup, or verification features
  • Metadata and content defined for mobile and account provisioning flows

All such materials are the exclusive intellectual property of ASPIS Cyber or its authorized licensors and must not be copied, modified, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used in derivative works without our prior written authorization.

  1. Scope of Use

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use ASPIS Cyber applications and content solely for internal, authorized purposes. This does not grant you any rights to reproduce, modify, or distribute our content, nor to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of our software.

You must not:

  • Use or extract any part of our platform or source code to build competing products
  • Bypass encryption, device verification, or secure backup protocols
  • Republish, rebrand, or clone any aspect of the app design or communications protocols
  • Leverage internal APIs or mobile provisioning flows outside of their intended scope

  1. Copyright and Third-Party Components

While our platforms may integrate licensed open-source or third-party components to deliver certain features (e.g., encryption, backup, telemetry), all functionality is delivered under ASPIS Cyber’s service platform and terms.

We take steps to ensure all included third-party software complies with applicable license requirements. However, all combined work delivered via our platform remains subject to this policy.

For transparency, our applications may contain help resources and configuration endpoints such as:

  • Encryption principles and usage
  • Device verification protocols
  • Chat backup processes
  • Identity pinning violation handling

These are provided solely for informational use and are governed by ASPIS Cyber’s implementation and legal framework.

  1. Handling of Infringement Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any material hosted, displayed, or distributed by ASPIS Cyber violates your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your name, organization, and contact information
  • A description of the work allegedly infringed
  • A description of the material claimed to be infringing (e.g., URL, filename, feature)
  • A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder
  • A physical or electronic signature

Once received, we will review and respond promptly in accordance with applicable laws, including removing or disabling access to any infringing content.

  1. Reservation of Rights

ASPIS Cyber reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Use of our services does not imply a transfer of any ownership or intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of any part of our applications may result in legal action and liability for damages.

We enforce copyright protections globally and will take appropriate action against unauthorized use or violation of our intellectual property.
