Mr. Zigdon is a recognized leader in cyber security and telecommunications, with over 25 years of experience in the industry.  Mr. Zigdon is the founder of Assac Networks which was acquired by ASPIS Cyber Technologies, the founder of Snapshield, which was acquired by Elbit Systems in 2008, and served as the founder of ComSec at Elbit Land Systems. He authored multiple telecommunications security patents, highlighting his significant contributions to advancing the field. Mr. Zigdon earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and pursued MSc studies in Management.

Mr. Giammarella serves as the Chief Operating Officer for ASPIS Cyber Security, responsible for developing strategic business partnerships and driving global growth initiatives. Mr. Giammarella has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in commercial and residential real estate, business financing, and capital raising. Previously, he held roles at Morgan Stanley and Fortress Investment Group, where he focused on developing and scaling automated trading technologies for equity and fixed income products. Mr. Giammarella holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University and an M.Sc. in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.

Mr. Bernal is an accomplished sales and business development leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, and technology sales. He currently serves as Senior Sales Manager at ASPIS Cyber Technologies, where he is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, partner relationship management, and revenue growth. Prior to ASPIS, he spent over seven years at Bitdefender as an Inside Territory Account Manager, specializing in lead generation, enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and market expansion. He also held key sales roles at Hotwire Communications and Citrix, where he managed enterprise virtualization and cloud solutions for the Latin American market. He holds a degree from Broward College and has expertise in technology sales, partner management, and SaaS-based business models.

Mr. Zigdon is a former IDF cyber defense veteran with over 8 years of experience in software development. He brings a strong technical background and expertise in research and innovation to the company. Mr. Zigdon is currently pursuing studies in Physics and Biology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Feldman is a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity and IT. He is a Computer Engineer and Cyber Defense practitioner, having completed his studies at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Mr. Feldman’s technical expertise and hands-on experience enable him to effectively lead customer integration initiatives and ensure seamless implementation of cybersecurity solutions.

Jonathan Ofek is a seasoned cyber security expert with over 15 years of experience specializing in Homeland Security. He has led numerous high-profile security projects, focusing on military technology and defense systems implementing advanced security solutions for Tier-1 enterprises worldwide.
