Shimon Zigdon - CEO and Founder

Mr. Zigdon is a recognized leader in cyber security and telecommunications, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Zigdon is the founder of Snapshield, which was acquired by Elbit Systems in 2008, and served as the founder of ComSec at Elbit Land Systems. He holds multiple telecommunications security patents, highlighting his significant contributions to advancing the field. Mr. Zigdon earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and pursued MSc studies in Management.

Brian Giammarella – Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations

Mr. Giammarella serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations for ASPIS Cyber Security, responsible for developing strategic business partnerships and driving global growth initiatives. Mr. Giammarella has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in commercial and residential real estate, business financing, and capital raising. Previously, he held roles at Morgan Stanley and Fortress Investment Group, where he focused on developing and scaling automated trading technologies for equity and fixed income products. Mr. Giammarella holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University and an M.Sc. in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.

Arthur Zavalkovsky- Vice President, Product Management

Mr. Zavalkovsky serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Memcyco and Assac Networks, where he leads strategic initiatives for AI-driven digital impersonation protection and mobile security solutions. With over 20 years of high-tech experience, Mr. Zavalkovsky has a proven track record in managing multi-million dollar engineering organizations, defining product strategies, and establishing international partnerships. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati Executive MBA program and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Technion, along with 21 approved U.S. patents.

Tomer Zigdon – Vice President of R&D

Mr. Zigdon is a former IDF cyber defense veteran with over 8 years of experience in software development. He brings a strong technical background and expertise in research and innovation to the company. Mr. Zigdon is currently pursuing studies in Physics and Biology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Amit Marom – Director Administration and Operations

Mr. Marom has over 15 years of experience in administration and operations, bringing a wealth of expertise in organizational management and operational efficiency. In addition to his role, Mr. Marom oversees the company’s branding and graphic design initiatives, contributing to the company’s visual identity and strategic positioning.

Benjamin Feldman – Director of Customer Integration

Mr. Feldman is a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity and IT. He is a Computer Engineer and Cyber Defense practitioner, having completed his studies at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Mr. Feldman’s technical expertise and hands-on experience enable him to effectively lead customer integration initiatives and ensure seamless implementation of cybersecurity solutions.

Paul Feller – Chairman

Mr. Feller is a senior corporate executive with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors in media, technology, AI, cyber security and engineering. Mr. Feller serves as Chairman & CEO of ICARO Media Group. Mr. Feller has been Chairman and CEO of SKYY Digital Media Group, Chairman and CEO of Stratus Media Group, Chairman and CEO of ProElite/Strike Force MMA.

Mr. Feller attended Purdue University for Mechanical Engineering and Pepperdine University for his MBA in process and is currently completing courses at Purdue University for undergrad and to pursue his PHD.

Luis Goldner

Luis Goldner is a senior corporate executive, having managed and operated fortune 500 companies in LATAM and North America. Mr. Goldner serves as Chief Operating Officer responsible for global partnerships, consumer trends and operational best practices. Mr. Goldner served as Chief Executive Officer of Intralot do Brazil and Chief Executive Officer for Trust Impressores, a subsidiary of Oberthur Group. Mr. Goldner has also served as head of business development and Managing director of Estrategia Investimentos SA / Citibank in asset management. Mr. Goldner holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Gama Filho RJ–Brazil.

Henri Blech

Henri Blech is head of End User Platforms and Enterprise Mobile Product Manager at American Express an esteemed Technology Evangelist. Prior, Mr. Blech was Global Enterprise Mobility Solutions Product Manager at UBS Bank. He is a Global IT professional with over 18 years’ experience in product management and strategy of end user facing technologies and Cyber Security. Proven record in driving year after year efficiencies and reduction of TCO of services under management.

Candice Beaumont

Candice Beaumont is currently the Executive Chairman of the Salsano Group and CIO of L Investments. Her prior professional experience includes previously at Merrill Lynch, Lazard Freres and Argonaut Capital. Ms. Beaumont has executed over $20 billions of merger and acquisition advisory assignments and serves on boards of NASDAQ and private companies. Ms. Beaumont is recipient and advice with – Trusted Insight Top 30 Chief Investment Officers, Young Global Leader of World Economic Forum, YPO member Former professional tennis player.

Jonathan Ofek

Jonathan Ofek is a seasoned cyber security expert with over 15 years of experience specializing in Homeland Security. He has led numerous high-profile security projects, focusing on military technology and defense systems implementing advanced security solutions for Tier-1 enterprises worldwide.
