Mr. Zigdon is a recognized leader in cyber security and telecommunications, with over 25 years of experience in the industry.  Mr. Zigdon is the founder of Assac Networks which was acquired by ASPIS Cyber Technologies, the founder of Snapshield, which was acquired by Elbit Systems in 2008, and served as the founder of ComSec at Elbit Land Systems. He authored multiple telecommunications security patents, highlighting his significant contributions to advancing the field. Mr. Zigdon earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and pursued MSc studies in Management.

Dr. Shahar Aviv is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in software development, cybersecurity, financial systems, and enterprise network architecture. He has delivered large-scale solutions for Fortune 100 companies and managed technology initiatives representing $300 million to $1.2 billion in revenue.

He co-founded CyberActive, advancing autonomous cybersecurity for the AI era, and previously held leadership roles at Nortel Networks, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and Comcast Business. Dr. Aviv holds a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. He began his career as a Technology Unit Leader in the Israeli Defense Forces, specializing in advanced network, software, and cybersecurity systems.

As Chief Operating Officer at Aspis Cyber, Rose Roth drives operational excellence and scalable growth across the organization. A U.S. military veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, she brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to leadership.
