Shimon Zigdon – CEO and Founder

Shimon Zigdon is a renowned expert in cyber security and telecommunications with over 25 years of experience. He is the founder of Snapshield, which was acquired by Elbit Systems in 2008. Founder of ComSec at Elbit Land Systems.

Shimon has founded four companies, bringing rich managerial and technological expertise to each venture. He holds multiple telecommunications security patents, underscoring his innovative contributions to the field. Shimon earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and pursued MSc studies in Management.

Shabtai Dvir – CTO

Shabtai Dvir is the current CTO of Assac Networks and a veteran of the Ministry of Defense with extensive experience in cyber defense, where he headed a group of researchers. He possesses years of expertise in forensics and malware, making him a formidable force in the field.

A self-taught technologist, Shabtai began writing code at the age of 10. His innate talent for complex problem solving and his keen understanding of large system architectures have driven his professional growth. Shabtai is highly motivated to continually develop his skills and advance both personally and professionally, staying at the forefront of technological innovation.

Alex Rudnicki – VP of Sales and Marketing

With over 20 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, Alex Rudnicki is a seasoned professional adept at building reseller networks and securing direct sales to Tier-1 enterprises and Telcos worldwide.

Currently serving as the VP of Sales and Marketing at ASSAC, Alex specializes in the promotion of newly formed hi-tech companies, particularly in the Financial and Telecom sectors. His specialties lie in facilitating large-scale sales to companies operating in the Telecom and Financial markets across Latin America and Europe.

Alex’s success stems from his ability to establish cooperation agreements with global system integrators, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), consultants, advertising agencies, and other key stakeholders. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships, Alex Rudnicki continues to be a driving force in the Sales and Business Development arena.
